Wavering Truss

Located in a large park, this museum is designed for exhibition of a painter who devotes herself describing nature beautifully.

Tranquil spaces where one would look at paintings are intended. A gable roof sustained by simple wood truss and exposed concrete walls covers the space, the structure expresses the flow of strength in their forms.

Water around the museum gives people feels of calmness. One would enjoy watching paintings in natural environment while letting go of their minds.
