Within every unit, the southern volume and northern volume are crossed and connected to gain comfortable environment. Living rooms are in the southern volumes and bedrooms are placed in the northern volumes.

Inserting terraces into all the units results in the flow of the light and wind into the rooms, light and wind would pour into the spaces.
