Driven by the vision that offer quiet public space to the busy city, the space with water and large roof is placed in front of the building.

The roof functions as ‘Urban Roof’, providing Engawa-like space in a city.

Inside the building, several floating labs offer spaces where people gather freely and exchange their ideas.

This tranquil silhouette would create new type of public space in a city.
