Located in a site that faces the sea, the building provides commercial spaces and public spaces.

Commercial spaces nowadays in cities serves as public spaces where people gather and talk together.

Three boxes are stacked out of touch, creating urban agora for people. Two voids are inserted into the boxes, providing urban promenade with wildlife nature and bringing about natural light to the spaces.

The building not only would be landmark for its striking silhouette but also boasts ethereal floating agora where public spaces and commercial spaces are mingled together.
