Terraces overhung from the oval volume penetrate to each residence, bringing about abundant light, air, and wind to all the rooms.

The terraces are placed like several helixes and they extend to the city as they soar into the sky, making the building like a “Helix Flower”.

Striking silhouette would be a new landmark for NY as well as it symbolize the symbiosis among nature, human being, and architectures.
