This is a skyscraper of residential and commercial building.

To create a striking silhouette yet cozy spaces for residents, commercial spaces at the bottom of the building forms simple cube of glasses and residential building above it are created by placing voids.

Each terraces of each units are voids for the building and also for urban spaces around it.

The architectural scheme of design is like this.

Creating voids(terraces) and also new cubes of the same space, then total area of each floors are the same.

And rotating these voids and cubes around the building like helix which result in distinctive shape of the building providing cozy spaces to live in for each dwellings.

The terrraced voids bring about the connections between the dwellings which would invigorate the city life withtin the building.

The sharp form with black cube of glasses with voids and overhung volumes provides a new type of scenery for cityscape of Dubai.
